Maintain and supervise the daily inbound and outbound activity to ensure that all services meet the high quality standard and customer requirements.
To control and follow up the processes according to the plan and lead-time.
To minimize the problem, analysis causes and solves the problem.
To improve warehouse area and control inventory system to reach the maximize utility.
Control all day-to-day inventory transactions are accurately updated on a real-time basis.
Maintain a high level of good housekeeping, discipline, safety and environment awareness in all responsible areas.
Monitoring transport cost & services, monitoring safety practices and vehicle equipment .standard & maintenance.
To train the staff and monthly evaluate their performance.
To coordinate with the internal and external related parties.
